  The position was ok and the apartment was clean
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is dangerous: you have the boiler inside the room, the stairs to the bottom floor are so steep and dangerous (you can't open the window btw, you can't phisically reach it), the bathroom is so small and in general everything doesn't look so safe. Don't go if you have children.
